Job Summary
As an Entry-Level Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors. You will monitor assigned areas, enforce site rules, and respond to incidents with professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned areas (construction sites, gated communities, or businesses).
- Monitor access points and verify identification of visitors.
- Report suspicious activities and safety hazards.
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies.
- Maintain daily activity logs and incident reports.
- Provide excellent customer service while enforcing security procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Clean police record and reliable references.
- Strong communication and observation skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for extended periods.
- Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus (but not required).
